Laundry 101

Washing your clothes, towels, sheets, etc should be done regularly. Read all washing instructions carefully. These are found on tags inside your garments, most often at the neckline, but frequently sewn in the side seam.

Basic supplies are: 

  • laundry detergent, 
  • fabric softener, 
  • static cling dryer sheets. 
  • You may also find non-chlorine bleach helpful for colors and infrequently, chlorine bleach (used sparingly.) 

You should also invest in an iron and an ironing board to care for your more formal and business clothes. Pressed clothing makes the best impression at interviews and meetings.
